Launch Prosperity to Users

The purpose of this training guide is to provide a checklist of tasks related to launching Prosperity to users.

Launch Phases

Prosperity is rolled out in three phases, with the third and final phase being the full release of the LMS to users.

1.     Preliminary checkout refers to a check off list. Items on the preliminary checkout list represent tasks that need to be addressed before beta testing and going live.

2.     Beta testing occurs when a small isolated group is used to review the system prior to launching Prosperity to the entire company/organization. This allows for feedback from the users and potential changes or tweaks  before “going live” to the entire company.

3.     Full Release: This marks the end of the start up process.

Startup Checklist

As you work with your project consultant to launch Prosperity, you will refer to the Startup Checklist. Your project consultant will work with you to ensure that each item requiring action is completed, checked off with the completion date recorded in the Startup Checklist. Review the example of this checklist below.
